This high friction automatic transmission fluid is designed for use in Ford automatic transmission vehicles built before 1977 as well as certain models built between 1977 and 1980 requiring fluids meeting Ford ESW-M2C33-F & ESW-M2C33-G specifications. Gulf ATF Type F’s highly refined base oils and performance additives ensure long-term protection in transmission that require a non-friction modified fluid.

  • Recommended for power steering system make-up and refill in 1980 and older Lincolns and pre-1978 models of Ford cars, vans and light trucks.
  • Not recommended for use in Ford, GM, Chrysler or other automatic transmission cars.
  • Allows quick clutch changes thanks to non-friction modified formulation.
  • Reduced oil degradation due to improved thermal and oxidation stability.
