Grzegorz combines strategic leadership with operational expertise, focusing on delivering sustainable growth and expanding regional market presence.

A key milestone in his career includes co-founding and developing a lubricants start-up, successfully launching and growing a new brand in the European market.

He has been part of the Gulf Group for over eight years and now leads the company’s strategy and growth across Europe.

Grzegorz holds a Master’s degree in Law and postgraduate qualifications in Management.

Paweł is Financial Director with extensive experience in financial management, controlling, and accounting operations across a range of industries.

He supports senior leadership through financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting, enabling informed strategic decision-making.

Paweł ensures the integrity and compliance of financial processes, maintaining accurate reporting standards and working closely with accounting teams to uphold high-quality financial data.

He combines strong financial expertise with a practical approach to operations, supporting both day-to-day activities and long-term financial planning.

He holds a professional license issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Giorgio is an accomplished Sales Director with over 15 years of experience in the lubricants industry across multiple European markets.

He specializes in multi-channel management, business development, and strategic market expansion, combining strong operational discipline with a long-term commercial vision.

Since 2022, Giorgio has served as Sales Director for Southern Europe and General Manager of Gulf Oil Italy, where he leads regional commercial strategy and overall business performance. Under his leadership, the business has strengthened its market position and delivered sustained growth.

Giorgio is a strong advocate for high-performing teams and believes success is driven by aligned people, empowered leadership, and strong partnerships across the value chain.

Sylwester is a results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in the automotive and chemical industries, with responsibility for end-to-end supply chain and commercial operations.

He leads purchasing, inventory management, sales processes, and customer service functions, ensuring operational efficiency and cost optimisation across the business.

He is recognised for driving improvements in inventory performance, reducing operational costs, and supporting revenue growth through effective supply and demand coordination.

Combines analytical expertise with a hands-on approach, enabling agile responses to evolving market conditions and delivering continuous operational improvement.

Dijina is a Senior Supply Chain & Customer Service Executive based in Dubai, with extensive experience across international trade, procurement, logistics, and customer service operations throughout Europe and the EMENA region.

She brings end-to-end supply chain expertise, covering procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, export coordination, and customer account management, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless execution.

Dijina is committed to delivering high standards of service through responsiveness, transparency, and consistent communication. Her approach focuses on strengthening customer satisfaction and building long-term, trust-based partnerships.

She holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and is certified as a Certified International Supply Chain Manager (CISCM) and Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CISCP).

Norbert is responsible for leading the development and management of the German market, bringing over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing and a proven track record of driving sustainable growth across international markets.

He has built and developed successful sales structures across multiple sectors, including shipping, industrial, and automotive industries, and has specialised in lubricants for over a decade.

His international experience includes developing markets in Africa, where he established strong partnerships and sustainable commercial structures. Prior to joining Gulf Oil, he served as Area Sales Manager Germany at Lukoil.

Alongside his professional career, Norbert is actively involved in social initiatives, contributing to the leadership and development of a sports organisation and supporting charitable foundations.

Jarek is responsible for managing key accounts in Poland, including developing distributor capabilities through training and supporting field sales teams during joint customer engagements.

He has a strong track record of delivering commercial initiatives, including the development of innovative promotional campaigns and active participation in local automotive industry events.

Prior to joining Gulf in 2017, Jarek spent over a decade at BP (Castrol division), where he consistently delivered top-performing sales results across multiple regions in Poland.

He brings additional experience from international and local organisations, including Wrigley and Nestlé, with a focus on B2B and FMCG sectors.

Jarek holds higher education qualifications in technical and economic disciplines, alongside postgraduate studies in management, marketing, and coaching.
